Concerning the BeeNest/BeeSpace user agreement

The BeeNest/BeeSpace system is free open source software.
It isn't limit to a individual or a corporation, and the user can use and remodel it freely.
However, please not that there still copyrights intact.The user cannot delete the copyright display of the script.
Please display it at a position that can be confirmed and easily viewed.By using BeeNest/BeeSpace, the user acknowledge that he or she understands the articles of agreements for use of its products, and agrees to all terms.

Concerning changes in the user agreement

BeeNet/BeeSpace system holds the right to change any content, notification, and articles at its own discretion.
The re-modelling and re-distribution of the product may also occurs.
Please also recognize that the user agreement may be altered and changed without previous notice.

Concerning the operation and use of the product

Various service functions for the forum (BBS) service (short mail service, Blog service, and service of the commodity, etc.) are prepared in the BeeNest/BeeSpace system. Users can communicate among each other through various tools.
When the user uses this service, they agree to abide by a appropriate manner and agree not to act in the following exampled manner

• Violate the legal right of another users through mental abuse, stalking, and threat, etc.
• File uploading of protected data etc. by Copyright Law and Trademark Law.
• Open any content that is harmful, violates, slanders, indecent, illegal, to the public and upload it.
• Files including the virus, and uploading the file with the possibility of violating the movement of other users' computers.

About the violation of the adaptation law

ACCESSPORT Co., Ltd. shall not keep watch and duty for the server which set a BeeNest/BeeSpace system.
Please warn an exhibition and the transmission of the information that can distinguish personal information on using the service.

Exemption Matters

It is not guaranteed that all the programs will work for all providers. ACCESSPORT is also not liable for any troubles or damage that occurs after BeeNest and BeeSpace is downloaded.
ACCESSPORT also isn't liable for damages such as a delay, stop, data loss, profit and loss that occurs on BeeNest/BeeSpace systems.

Amends to our company

All the complaints and claims caused in relation to service by the user or the use for software etc. are assumed to be solved by user's cost and responsibility If our company in any situation were to have to pay any fees or given a cost based on a complaint or claim, the user is responsible to pay the cost concerned (legal fee that our company pays is also included)..

Proper law and trial jurisdiction

The law of this rule is assumed to be a based on the Japanese law.
Moreover, our service or software, etc. make Tokyo District Court the exclusive mutual agreement jurisdiction court of trials concerning a dispute caused among our company and users in relation to this rule.
